Order Processing
We usually process orders within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, processing can take a little longer. Thank you for your patience at these times.
Shipping Times
After your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout. Standard delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery to other EU countries usually takes 4 to 10 business days.
These times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by things outside our control, such as:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. You will always see any shipping costs before you complete your purchase.
Packaging
We fold and pack every item carefully so your clothing and accessories arrive clean, protected and ready to wear. When your parcel arrives, please check it and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please check your shipping address carefully before you complete your order. Kemalorix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please email us at info@kemalorix.com as soon as possible. We'll help you and work with the carrier to sort it out.
